WE only accept a handful of deposits for unborn kittens, so check with us first to see if we currently have an opening. If you are on our deposit list, and if we have a kitten the sex and color you asked for. we contact you when kittens are 4 to 5 wks old, by email and phone. We keep in touch with photos and or videos every two weeks so you can see your kitten grow. If you get a kitten from us you have agreed to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS below, and GUARANTEE page, as well as ALL OTHER pages of our website.

• TICA, CFA,  or other registration papers (limited papers given with proof of Spay / Neuter at 6 mths of age is provided), unless approved for full rights, if full rights then full reg given at or soon after kitten transfer).
•  Pedigree showing lineage.
• Fully vaccinated with Nobivac Tricat or equivalent inc FIV/FeLv
• Microchipped and ready for you to transfer into your name.
• Vet litter check before leaving our home
• Parasite preventive given for all types of parasites.
• Kitten pack: Toy, cloth with litter smell, food, etc…
• Kitten already trained to use a litter box

• Read this page and entire site, including Health Guarantee Page. ABSOLUTELY EVERY PAGE OF OUR SITE MUST BE READ BEFORE A PAYMENT IS PLACED! The payment form will ask you if you have read and agree to entire website as well as our health guarantee / purchase contract and this terms and conditions page your reading right now.
• Call to make sure kitten you want is available, discuss if you would be a good home for one of our kittens, and approve your payment method. As well as get any of your questions answered you didn’t find on the site.
• The PURCHASE FORM has a questionnaire, as the first several questions on the form. You will need to fill out this form, so we can be sure kitten is going to a compatible home. If we do not feel the kitten, you want is compatible to your home life, we will contact you about a change to another current or future kitten. All amount owed is due before 7 wks of age on any kitten that needs shipping. If picking up in person, you can bring remainder owed IN CASH ONLY when you pick up your kitten at 12 wks of age. We can also meet at MCI airport if you like, (for a fee), at 12 wks of age. More info on this is on the shipping paragraphs below.
• Fill out PURCHASE CONTRACT FORM BELOW…  If placing a $500 deposit for a future unchosen kitten: write (future kitten) on the payment form. Put TBD: “to be determined” on dob, and shipping date. On PRICE put ($2000 to $4500) if only pet with limited registration wanted, or $5000 to $6000 if full registration and breeding rights are wanted. CALL TO DISCUSS FULL RIGHTS FIRST IF THAT IS WANTED, WE MUST APPROVE YOU FOR THAT, ALL OTHER KITTENS LEAVE WITH SPAY / NEUTER CONTRACT. If you know which kitten you are filling out payment form for: Then please put that kitten’s name and full info such as price, dob, etc., on payment form.
• After you send payment, check to make sure your kitten is on hold for you AFTER PAYMENT CLEARS. The next day after sending a deposit, by wire, or PayPal please Text or email me to confirm your payment cleared and you are added to the deposit list. Mailed in payments may take longer. Kitten IS NOT reserved until payment is received and cleared. See Purchase Contract Form linked below for details on payments.
• During the purchase form / application, we will ask for your first, second and third choice on color/gender combination. You do not have to choose three preferences, for example if you only want a black female, this is fine, just state that on the notes section of form. We will also ask a lot of questions about your home, family and lifestyle so that we can match the perfect kitten for you, based on personality as well as color/gender. No amendments or changes are accepted to deposit list in the type of kitten you want, but if one comes available you like instead, you can choose that kitten if you like. If something changes regarding your circumstances that you feel will affect your future kitten, you should inform us. A change in circumstances that makes your home no longer suitable for a kitten will not warrant a refund of your deposit.
• We will contact you when kittens are 4 to 5 wks old if we have a kitten the color and sex you said you wanted. If we do not have what you wanted, we do not contact you, but instead go to others on list that want the color/sexes we have. If we offer you a kitten which matches your requirements, and you choose to decline, you can keep your place on the list. We will however only make 3 matching offers before you are removed from the waitlist (without refunding the deposit). The more flexible you are on what you’re looking for, the easier it is to match you! If you would like to wait and start your first kitten offer at a later date you can tell me, and I will then start offering kittens to you at or after that later date, as they are available for you to choose from. Once we go through deposit list we then post available kittens on our website as AVAILABLE to the general public. Make sure you are ready for a kitten now, or soon, when you place your deposit, but be willing to wait if needed.
• If you change your mind at any point, the deposit will not be returned, so please think carefully before you choose to go on our list. If something happens and we are not able to offer you a kitten the color and sex you wanted, (at least once within 12 mths), then you have the choice of us refunding your deposit, or you can stay on the deposit list.
• Not all kittens you see on our website or social media will become available and be offered to those on our waiting list. On occasion we do choose to keep kittens back to remain in breeding programs, and for other reasons, we need to reserve this discretion but the vast majority of our kittens will be offered to those on our waiting list and will not be rehomed outside of this.
• We try to fulfill our list in the order that you joined it but again, due to trying to marry up preferences on gender, color and the personality that we feel would thrive in each individual home, we cannot always guarantee this. For example, you might become aware of a beautiful Black Smoke Male, just what you had asked and wished for. But he may be destined for someone who was further up the list than you, or his personality might be more reserved and suited to a quiet home without children, and you have 4 young children, so we do ask for flexibility on time scales and for your patience and trust. Please read ALL pages of our site before placing a deposit. If meeting at airport or picking up in person at our home, you can bring remaining owed in CASH ONLY, no cashier’s checks, money orders, or any other payment form on day of transfer, since any payment has to clear bank before kitten can leave our home.

PICKING UP AT OUR HOME: It is always preferred that you pick up in person if possible. You should set up a pick-up appointment when you choose your kitten. If you are coming to our house to pick up but are flying back home you will need a state health certificate from vet. It is separate from the general litter check that ALL kittens leave with. If you are flying back home and need the state issued health certificate, please bring $50 for that. The airlines don’t always ask for it, but you must have it if they do ask for it. I will need to know two wks before your flight, so I can have vet fill out the certificate at the last vet visit. You will also need to bring a soft sided, airplane approved carrier, with an absorbable material such as a blanket to put in it. Bring wet wipes, and food/water bowls if needed for a longer trip. Let airline know at booking you will need a seat that is appropriate for a person flying with a pet. If you will be just driving home you just need a crate, wet wipes, and food/water dishes if longer trip. If picking your kitten up in person I will take a photo of you with your kitten, and of your ID showing you received your kitten in person from us. This proves the kitten was transferred directly to you. Person picking up must be on any payment you send and on the contract form page you fill out as you or your representative. If you come to our farm, you must not bring any animals with you. We are a CLOSED cattery with strict bio security. You will be outdoors the entire visit, so wear clothes that are appropriate for the weather. We have protective dogs on our property so please stay in your car and text when you arrive and we will come out to you. We can then sit at an outside area and go over your paperwork and you can hold your kitten. (No one outside our family is allowed to touch our kittens before they are ready to leave, or come into our home.) I do understand people that NEED to see their kitten in person before placing any payment. In that case you can come and see your kitten outside, but CAN NOT touch or even get too close to the kitten because there are just too many diseases or parasites that can be on you that could kill a tiny kitten. No stranger should touch any kitten before they are 12 wks old and vaccines have had time to start working. Even a 12 wk old kitten can get a disease that they are vaccinated for since it takes many months for their bodies to build up enough antibodies to protect them. Kittens get respiratory viruses very easily, even when fully vaccinated. We do not guarantee against such illnesses once kitten leaves, so be careful where you take your new kitten. If you have not made arrangements with us by the time the kitten is 8 wks old, to pick up your kitten at 13 wks of age, or if you miss your pickup appointment, and do not make further arrangements before or on that very day, I will offer kitten to next person in line, and you will NOT get your deposit back. This is not a kennel or lay-away. You come get your kitten when he/she is ready, and you should have told us weeks in advance what day and time you will be here. Kittens need to be in their new homes while still young to bond with their new family.

GROUND TRANSPORT: I can also find a ground transport to bring your kitten to your door. That is usually $650 but can vary, and includes the state vet health certificate needed for state-to-state commercial travel. Sometimes there are other pets in the transport van since that is the person’s job, delivering pets. They do not insure your animal for any reason during trip.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE: This option is for those who would like their new kitten or kittens hand delivered by our actual family. Cost starts at $650 and depends on where you live, and if we have any other kittens going that direction that are also using our WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. It could be double that price or more if we do not have any other kittens going your way to offset costs. Most buyers like this option since kittens never leave our site.

SHIPPING BY AIRLINE CARGO: Shipping via air cargo is around $450 to $650 cost, prices may change. Other transport options are best unless you are getting 2 kittens, a lone kitten could stress out without a human there comforting him/her on such a long journey. Any responsibility is on the buyer if anything goes wrong with shipping, or if cat is traumatized, so most buyers like to just pick up in person at our home, meet at our airport, or choose hand delivery. Airlines do offer insurance for loss or damage due to airline negligence which is $10 for each $1000 wanted. If flying by cargo Kitten will come with a plastic shipping crate as seen in photo above. This is yours to keep. This shipping method does not allow us to send the bag with the toy. All your kitten’s papers, and a small amount of food will be attached to top of crate. Check to make sure all papers are there when you receive your crate at airport.
